Our Reason
FIFO work is demanding - physically, emotionally and mentally.
Increased Mental Distress
Around 1 in 3 FIFO workers report high levels of psychological distress and higher rates of depression, anxiety, and substance abuse compared to non-FIFO workers.
Feelings of Isolation
Long hours, isolation and time away from loved ones take a real toll. Many men don’t feel they have a safe place to talk about their struggles.
High Suicide Rates
Suicide rates in the mining, construction, and energy sectors are 80% higher than the national average.

Our Story
Two Cousins. One Mission. Real Impact.
We’re two cousins who saw how powerful a barber chair can be.
For years, FIFO workers opened up to us about the highs and lows of life on site—and we realised those small moments of connection mattered more than anything.
So we turned that insight into a Mission: to bring grooming, care and conversation directly to remote communities across Australia.
How it Works?
